Diesel Engine Generators

Chao Li's diesel engine generator sets are designed, manufactured and completely tested to meet all customer requirements.

• Full equipment set includes: Diesel engine and alternator directly coupled with operation control panel on a structure steel mounting using cast iron construction together with a complete set of vibration isolators.
• For small power plant requirements single genset can be used, or multiple paralleling gensets can be used to meet power demands in a highly cost-effective way.

Generator Sets Running Performance

Starting

Alternator can be started manually or automatically.

Voltage Characterstics

Fully automatic voltage regulator (AVR or DVR), automatic control, from no-load to full-load the transient voltage change rate is within 1%. Variations at steady state will be within +/- 0.5%. Voltage regulation range will be within +/- 10%

Frequency Characterstics

Engine speed control by precision mechanical or electrical governor. From no-load to full-load, the transient frequency variation will be:

A: Below 5% for mechanical governor
B: Below 1% for electrical governor

Will not exceed +/- 0.5% of its mean value for constant/stable load.

Distortion

Voltage waveform distortion is less than 6%, harmonic distortion factor is less than 6% and Telephone Interference Factor (TIF) is less than 50 (NEMA MGI-22.43)
